Job Summary
We are seeking a detailed oriented with good organization skills Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the department, ensuring efficient workflow. Handles procurement processes, invoice management, and data reporting. Maintains organized filing systems and supports budgeting and cost control activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Department admin support
- Process work requests and other administration requests from various TMs following standard operations procedure
- Raise collaboration in Ariba system to request quotations from approved vendors
- Issue Purchase Orders via Ariba System
- Invoice processing
- Follow-up on Purchase Order closing
- Data extraction and consolidation
- Report generation and reporting
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Has some experience with budgeting and cost control
- Schedule meetings
- Other ad-hoc admin duties assigned
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Diploma with 2 years administrative work experience
Required Skills
- Possess good organizational communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications: Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Able to work with minimum supervision
