We are looking for a strategic Channel Sales Manager to lead and grow our partner network, driving revenue growth through third-party distributors and resellers.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and execute channel sales strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Identify, recruit and onboard new channel partners and resellers
- Train and enable partners to increase product knowledge and sales capabilities
- Monitor channel partner performance against sales targets and provide coaching as needed
- Collaborate with marketing to create partner-focused campaigns and incentives
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts and market analysis for senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing or related discipline
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing multiple partners
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales tracking software
