Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of IT systems and drive operational enhancements at both institutional and group-wide levels.
- Ensure the effective deployment of technology solutions that align with operational needs.
- Convert organizational goals into practical and strategic IT initiatives.
- Safeguard the reliability of systems and the timely delivery of IT services.
- Manage IT budgets, internal cost allocations, and the acquisition of relevant systems and software.
- Oversee external vendor partnerships to optimize service quality and cost efficiency.
- Work in close coordination with the IT shared services entity to govern and supervise the defined scope of projects and support functions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT management within the healthcare industry, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead and collaborate across departments.
