The Chief of Staff is a senior management role, responsible for supporting an Executive Leader by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing strategic programs and ensuring the communication of business objectives across the broader leadership team.
The Chief of Staff has a special focus on Executive-level advising and cross divisional/team collaboration whilst fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the Executive Leader/Leadership team during monthly/quarterly business reviews in order to ensure follow through on key strategic actions to meet business metrics.
- Coordinates as needed in conjunction with various functional teams for information relating to annual/quarterly financial projects, such as Annual Budget, Mid-Year Review, QBR’s, and MBR’s.
- Supports Executive Leader/Leadership team with insight and analysis on business operational progress.
- Leads and coordinates strategic initiatives and drives outcomes as they are assigned.
- Responsible for generating, or coordinating, regular reports and documentation as assigned.
- Attends meetings on the Executive Leader's behalf and take notes.
- Works with Executive Leader/Leadership team to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards strategic business goals.
- Plans, coordinates and keeps contents of a meeting focused.
- Attends client and vendor partner meetings with Executive Leader/Leadership team to capture and follow up on key actions to support business/sales activities and progress.
- Abides by all policies and procedures and performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Leader/Leadership team.
- Provides support and oversight for special strategic projects and initiatives.
- Provides any other related Chief of Staff duties as required.

- Extended understanding and focus on operations management, with the ability to approve operational policies and implementation thereof.
Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or related in a field such as business administration, finance, or economics or related field.
Required experience:
- Extended experience gained in a similar role preferably within a global IT services organization.
- Extended project/program management experience preferred.
- Extended demonstrated experience supporting Executive level within a global organization.
- Extended demonstrated experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Extended experience leading and managing a team.
