Job Responsibilities 工作职责
· Prepare and bake a variety of traditional Chinese pastries (e.g., mooncakes, wife cakes, pineapple cakes, walnut cookies, egg tarts, sesame balls, etc.)
负责制作和烘焙各类传统中式糕点(如月饼、老婆饼、凤梨酥、核桃酥、蛋挞、芝麻球等)
· Develop and refine recipes to ensure consistent quality and taste
研发并优化配方,确保产品质量和口感一致
· Manage ingredients inventory and ensure freshness and hygiene standards
管理原材料库存,确保食材新鲜并符合卫生标准
· Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily production
与厨房团队紧密合作,确保日常生产顺利进行
· Maintain cleanliness of the work area and comply with food safety regulations
保持工作区域清洁,遵守食品安全相关规定
· Assist in seasonal or festive pastry development and packaging preparation
协助节庆产品研发及包装准备工作
Job Requirements 招聘条件
· At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in Chinese pastry making preferred
至少拥有2至3年中式糕点制作相关经验者优先
· Familiar with traditional Chinese baking techniques and ingredients
熟悉传统中式烘焙工艺及常用食材
· Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
能独立作业并具备良好的时间管理能力
· Team player with a positive work attitude and attention to detail
具团队精神、工作态度积极、注重细节
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and methods
