GENERAL SUMMARY
To support A&H growth and customer service in claims management, the Regional A&H Claims Manager, will work with regional underwriters in promoting claims service level and process efficiency. This role should identify claims asset for the region.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that the claims team is capable of negotiating settlement and denials with clients and producers.
- Ability to manage direct customers and business partners
- Manage the A&H claims team in Asia
- Ability to review claims process and procedures and promote efficiencies
- Marketing with the business partners
- Manage service provider which offer 24 hours hotline to the customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5-7 years related insurance working experience with people management/ supervisory experience
- Tertiary education preferred with insurance or claims related education or equivalent
- Marketing skill required
- Fluent in English
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
