We are currently seeking a polished, client-focused Client Advisor to join a luxury boutique in Singapore. Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world-class client experience by providing personalized and attentive service to every customer.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with VIP clientele through proactive clienteling and after-sales engagement.
- Drive individual performance to support overall store targets, including sales, conversion, and customer retention.
- Maintain an exceptional level of product knowledge to confidently communicate the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and values.
- Ensure the boutique is impeccably presented at all times in line with brand standards.
- Support stock control processes including replenishment, inventory counts, and transfers.
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in luxury retail, premium fashion, or high-end customer service.
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional service and achieving sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a refined and professional demeanor.
- Passion for luxury products, storytelling, and building meaningful client relationships.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.
- Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
