What You Will Be Doing:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Understand each client’s unique goals and provide tailored support and solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Keep communication clear, timely, and solution-focused
- Spot opportunities to add more value through upselling or cross-selling
- Track and review account performance, preparing updates and reports when needed
- Handle feedback or concerns with care and professionalism
