DESIGNATION : Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - MS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and optimize system performance and availability
- Manage batch workload automation and batch processing operations
- Configure and troubleshoot AutoSys batch job definitions and dependencies
- Implement and maintain monitoring solutions for cloud services
- Optimize and enhance data centre operations and efficiency
- Assist in data centre capacity planning and resource optimization
- Collaborate on data centre infrastructure improvements
- Respond to and resolve operational incidents
- Create and maintain documentation for operational procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/ information technology/ engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud operations with a strong background in production support and batch job management.
- Proven hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, etc.) and AWS certification preferred.
- Skilled in batch job scheduling, workload automation (e.g., AutoSys), and troubleshooting job dependencies.
- Solid knowledge of data centre operations, infrastructure, and resource optimization.
- Proficient in monitoring tools, logging solutions, and setting up alerting systems.
- Strong scripting abilities using Python, Shell, or similar languages for automation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
