Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Integration & Infrastructure Management
- Drive cross-agency cloud and system integration projects.
- Administer on-prem systems and GDC infrastructure.
- Manage GCC platform performance and support activities.
- Ensure system uptime, disaster recovery, and BCP.
2. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Lead IT procurement processes with technical documentation.
- Evaluate vendor proposals, manage contracts, and monitor SLAs.
3. Compliance & Security
- Align all implementations with government IT and security standards.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other relevant frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Certifications (preferred): ITIL, CISSP, CCNA, PMP, PRINCE2.
- Proven delivery of at least one major AWS/Azure project.

- Cloud: AWS or Azure
- Systems: Windows/Linux servers, VMware/Hyper-V, storage & backup
- Network: Routing, firewalls, VPNs, network security
- Tools: ITSM, monitoring, documentation tools
