Job Responsibilities:
- Lead commercial activities for the Pre-Cast General Building Product Division, including sales, tendering and costing evaluation, contracts and customer relationship management.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Prepare and review pricing strategies, quotations and tender submissions
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, contractors and consultants
- Work closely with Production and Technical Departments to ensure feasibility, timelines and quality expectations are met
- Manage and resolve commercial risks, disputes and variations
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- Education Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and/or Structural Engineering, recognize by Professional Engineers Board of Singapore
- Experience Required:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience working with a consulting firm and main contractors
- Experience in both private residential and HDB projects
- Competencies and Skills Required
- Solid understanding of pre-cast general building products and construction project workflow
- Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with tender process, contracts and costing
- Self-driven, pro-active and has strong desire to take on challenges
