Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial operations across Asia, aligning regional initiatives with global transformation goals.
- Design and scale a high-performing sales and customer success structure across 9 Asian countries.
- Recruit, coach, and manage KPI-focused teams to drive subscriptions, renewals, and growth.
- Instill strong sales discipline through activity tracking, pipeline oversight, and performance analysis.
- Champion a shift from legacy practices to modern, accountable commercial behaviors.
- Partner with local teams to strengthen customer relationships; directly support key accounts as needed.
- Combine leadership with hands-on support to train and empower sales teams.
- Provide clear, data-driven commercial insights to both regional and global leaders.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 5 years in a senior commercial role within fast-growing SaaS or tech-led companies.
- Proven ability to build and scale high-performing sales and customer success teams across diverse markets, particularly in Asia.
- Experienced in leading transformation efforts with a history of revenue growth and operational change.
- Strong grasp of subscription-based business models and SaaS performance metrics (ARR, churn, LTV).
- Skilled in managing cross-functional, matrixed teams with operational excellence.
- Proficient in English; knowledge of other Asian languages is a plus.
