Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries, cakes and other desserts that complement our menu and coffee offerings.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the pastry section, ensuring consistency and quality in production
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of workstations and pastry equipment
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Chef de Partie (Pastry) or Management
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience is preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Team player with a good learning attitude and keen interest to develop professionally
- Attention to detail is essential
- Self-motivated and good people skills
- Innovative and creative
- 5 days work week (including weekends and public holidays)
