Role Overview
We invite an experienced Secretary to join our Audit Team.
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the partner's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Organising and maintaining confidential files, records, and documents
- Assisting the partner in conducting research and gathering information for reports, presentations and meetings
- Coordinating and scheduling meetings and follow-up actions
- Serving as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including internal staff, clients, partners and vendors
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality, discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information, documents and discussions
- Providing miscellaneous support as needed, and other ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Competent in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Committed, results-driven and self-reflective team player
