Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full range of company secretaries works
  • Prepare board resolutions and minutes
  • Update & maintain statutory registers and records
  • Prepare & filling of e-Forms with ACRA and e-Stamping of transfer forms
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Meeting clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements
  • Ability to perform all kind of secretarial transactions related to the share capital: share allotment (Ordinary, Preference shares, paid or unpaid), share transfer, working with ESOP, advise on the requirements and procedure of the change of the structure, etc.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Administrative support of the office functioning
  • Coordination of internal and external operations
  • Following of business standards and practices, company’s procedures and standards
  • Interface with customer as entry point over email and phone
  • Processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Submission and collection the documents to and from government bodies in Singapore
  • Arrange documents legalization, notarization (liaising with a notary public) for use outside of Singapore
  • Collection and bookkeeping of financial documents
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
  • Any additional tasks assigned by supervisors related to the job position
  • Courier duties
  • Arranging collection/delivery
  • Purchasing of stationary
  • Organization of purchases such as gifts for clients etc.
  • Welcoming of our guests, serving of coffee, tea, water
  • Fluent in English

Requirements:

  • Possess CS/LLB or ICSA qualification would be advantage
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services
  • Familiar with Incorporation processes of Singapore Private Limited Company
  • Familiar with ACRA Biz-filling requirements
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with high degree of accuracy
