We're looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of critical plumbing and sanitary works across diverse developments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead & Coordinate:
Act as the key liaison between main contractors, consultants, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of plumbing, sanitary, and other awarded services from planning through execution.
On-Site Supervision:
Oversee all installation works on-site to ensure strict compliance with construction drawings, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Design & Documentation:
Confidently design and coordinate M&E drawings, submit plans for authority approval, and manage revisions when needed.
Preconstruction Planning:
Prepare isometric drawings, material take-offs, and mobilisation requirements before site possession.
Site Management:
Ensure site storage facilities are ready and properly maintained with a clear inventory system in place.
Multi-Project Oversight:
Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on quality or deadlines.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Attend meetings and inspections with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and relevant authorities to ensure transparency and alignment across all stages.
Project Claims & Certifications:
Prepare and submit timely progress claims to clients and main contractors. Review and certify claims from subcontractors and suppliers.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant hands-on experience in plumbing and sanitary works, with strong site management capabilities.
Licensed Plumber:
Possessing a valid plumber license is highly preferred.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in construction processes; knowledge of AutoCAD is a strong advantage.
License:
A valid Class 3 Singapore Driving License is preferred.
