Position Summary

As a Consumer Intelligence Executive, you will identify opportunties, execute research projects and close knowledge gaps. Your responsibilities will include curating thought leadership pieces quarterly on relevant business topics within the F&B industry to further understand market potential and organize consumer immersions, moderate discussions independently, crystalize insights and ensure consumer-centricity is at the heart of the business.
A day in the life of a Consumer Intelligence Executive…
- Manage and lead Brand Health Trackers (end-to-end from questionnaire design to reporting) for core categories.
- Work collaboratively with business teams on interpretation of research results & translating into actionable insights.
- Conducting corridor tests internally to validate hypotheses & help teams make agile business decisions
- Synthesize data from different sources (eg. Existing data points, past research studies, secondary research, articles & whitepapers from agency partners) to form insights & recommendations
- Familiar with data & research methodologies from Kantar & Nielsen
- To keep business teams inspired on consumer trends, innovations, industry hot topics
What will make you successful:
- Good market research knowledge (research design, methodology, questionnaire design), sound analytical thinking, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Relevant research experience from either agency or in-house
- Background in FMCG preferred
- A team player with good people and communication skills.
- 2-3 years of market research working experience. Combination of brand management / trade marketing and market research experience
- Bachelor's Degree (majoring in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Psychology is preferred).
- Excellent operational skills, has experience in project management
