Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including collaborating with recruitment agencies and hiring managers, screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment documentation and reports.
- Plan, coordinate, and participate in career fairs and recruitment events by liaising with educational institutions such as schools, polytechnics, and universities.
- Handle application processes and issuance of work passes for foreign employees.
- Extend job offers and facilitate onboarding processes for new hires.
- Support the orientation and integration of new employees into the company.
- Maintain and update records for new hires and resignations.
- Assist in various HR administrative functions including leave management, personnel record upkeep, payroll-related documentation, and payroll processing.
- Manage clearance procedures for departing staff.
- Compile and verify employee attendance, timesheets, and overtime records.
- Support organization of company events and staff welfare activities as needed.
- Oversee management of employee medical benefits.
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Prepare and deliver reports to management as required.
- Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to recruitment and employee administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork spirit with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive work attitude to meet organizational goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
