We're looking for a highly creative, passionate, and organized Content and Social Media Assistant with exceptional Internet Sense and a keen eye for emerging trends. This vital role will amplify the group's collective voice across all digital channels, engaging our vast global community of gamers and supporting our comprehensive content strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming landscape, be a proactive content creator, and possess strong social media management skills applicable across multiple brand identities within our group.
Key Responsibilities
Group Social Media Management:
- Assist in the daily management, scheduling, and publishing of engaging content across the group's diverse social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, Reddit, etc.) for ArkForge, Pulse Nova, and related entities. Ensure brand consistency while tailoring content to each entity's specific audience and goals.
- Proactively monitor social media channels for real-time trends, viral content, community feedback, and competitor activities within the broader gaming and esports space, leveraging strong Internet Sense to identify opportunities for all group entities.
- Engage with our various communities by responding to comments, direct messages, and fostering positive interactions across different brand touchpoints.
- Support the execution of social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand awareness and engagement for the entire group's portfolio.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for expanding our presence on emerging platforms relevant to the group's operations.
Content Creation & Curation:
- Assist in the creation of compelling and shareable content, including text, images, short-form videos, GIFs, and memes, with a strong understanding of current internet culture and what resonates with online audiences (excellent Internet Sense), adapting style and tone for different group brands (e.g., community-focused Arkforge vs. industry-focused Pulse Nova).
- Conduct extensive research on trending topics, gaming news, viral challenges, and developments to inform timely and relevant content ideas for the entire group.
- Support the development and maintenance of integrated content calendars, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content across all group channels.
- Liaise with internal teams to gatherinformation and assets for content creation specific to each group entity.
- Assist in basic graphic design and video editing for social media content.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Track and analyse social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) for the entire group's channels using relevant analytics tools.
- Contribute to regular reports on social media and content performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization across all group brands.
- Stay relentlessly up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, algorithm changes, and emerging internet phenomena.
Cross-Group Community Engagement & Support:
Help foster vibrant and positive community environments across all platforms and brands within the group.Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 1-2 years of experience in social media management and/or content creation, ideally within the gaming or esports industry, with a proven ability to manage multiple brands or accounts.

- Demonstrable passion for gaming and a deep understanding of current gaming culture, trends, and communities across different genres and platforms.
- Exceptional Internet Sense – an intuitive understanding of online trends, memes, viral content, and what drives engagement in digital communities.
- Proven ability to identify, adapt to, and leverage current internet trends in content creation for diverse audiences and brands.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for engaging and brand-appropriate copy for various brand voices.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) and video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when managing content for several entities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and technologies.
- Familiar/experience in media buy (meta business, google ads, etc)
