Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve quality food products by following strictly the preparations
- Cooking and presentation recipes and specifications
- Control cost by minimising spoilages, wastage and portion control
- Ensure workplace safety and hygiene
- Upkeep working condition of kitchen equipment e.g. refrigerators, utensils, ovens
- Inspects all perishable food items received for quality.
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Good understanding of Western Cuisine.
- Proactive and visionary
Benefits:
- Starting salary $2,500 with overtime
- 44 hours work week (5-6 working days per week)
