Job Description
- Adhere to company’s SOPs for the cooking of its Western or Asian Cuisine.
- Perform mise-en-place, goods receiving and storage, where necessary.
- Co-coordinate with the other Cooks, as well as the Service Crews, to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders.
- Adhere to policies relating to food quality, hygiene, and workplace safety.
- Ensures that the cleanliness of the kitchen meets the standards of the Quality Assurance Team.
- Serve as a stand in for cook in other outlets during peak period and emergencies.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.
Job Requirement
- At least 6 months of working experience in the kitchen
- Able to read and understand basic English.
- Possess a positive attitude towards learning and teamwork.
- Good understanding of Western or Asian cuisine, with a focus on food quality, hygiene, and waste minimisation.
