RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receiving of corporate sales orders thru email or phone
- Ensure accuracy & timely processing of orders inlcuding checking of stock availability and PO details are correct
- Coordinate with customers to arrange for delivery
- Perform day to day admin related tasks
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Good team player, mature, independent, multi-tasker, initiative,
- meticulous, proactive and positive working attitude
- “O” Level, “A” Level, Diploma
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Basic knowledge in accounting & accounting software is an advantage
- Customer service oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to start work within short notice
- Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
