Target Media, Singapore’s largest DOOH media network, is on the lookout for a Creative / Marketing Manager — someone with a rare blend of creativity and strategic marketing acumen. This role is ideal for a hands-on doer who can think big, execute fast, and bring fresh ideas to life with precision.
You will report to the senior leadership team and work across brand, B2B marketing, creative content, and campaign planning. You’ll play a key role in defining how Target Media shows up in the market — from pitch decks and digital presence, to thought leadership and trade campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales initiatives
- Own and manage creative content across multiple touchpoints — presentations, social, trade media, video, events
- Partner closely with sales to develop case studies, credentials, and pitch support materials
- Plan and manage marketing calendar, including partnerships, events, and industry opportunities
- Maintain brand consistency and evolve our visual identity with relevance and impact Oversee and collaborate with external vendors, designers, writers, and media partners
Ideal Candidate:
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing, brand, or creative roles (preferably in media, advertising, or B2B)
- Strong design sensibility with hands-on proficiency in tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar)
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual communication skills
- Strategic thinker who is also operationally strong — from campaign ideation to delivery
- Highly self-motivated, agile, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
