Our client is a leading power generation company in Singapore. They are looking for a Customer Care Executive (Sales) to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central - easily accessible.
Responsibilities:
- New customer acquisition and retention
- Conduct sales activities via calls, online, and in-person channels
- Provide account servicing support during peak and high-demand periods
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital tools and initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and support business objectives
- Support broader company activitie
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP is a plus
- Prior experience or knowledge of relevant industries is advantageous
