Core Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Scheduling
Greet clients warmly, offer beverages, and manage check-in/check-out.
Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments (via phone, app, or in-person).
Coordinate with therapists to avoid delays (e.g., notify if a client runs late).
Handle waitlists for last-minute openings.
- Point of Sale (POS) & Payments
Process payments (cash, card, digital wallets), issue receipts ,
- Client Retention & Communication
Follow up post-service
Send reminders for upcoming appointments
- Timing Sensitivity: Track service durations to prevent backlog
