Freight Forwarding Co looking for suitable candidate to fill the position of Customer Service Officer. Preferably candidate to have an outspoken personality and service orientated. Computer literacy and proficiency in MS excel. Applicants / fresh school leavers without relevant experience but possess positive attitude will be considered. Location: Tanjong Pagar area.
Job Description:
- Coordination of airfreight /sea freight bookings with customers, vendors, major airlines and shipping lines
- Attend to enquiries and prepare quotations
- Application of cargo clearance permit and insurance
- Shipping and pick up info verification
- Generating invoices and billing reconciliation
