Job Description:
The Customer Service/Public Relations (PR) associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting public relations initiatives to uphold our brand’s reputation and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and coordinate PR initiatives, including media gifting and social media support, while maintaining a polished and professional brand image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end customer communications through email, ensuring that issues/enquiries and resolved within 48 hours.
- Documenting new cases into the Customer Service playbook, ensuring consistency in problem resolution in future instances.
- Submitting evidence for chargeback cases to ensure that the company wins the resolution.
- Coordinating logistics for Media/ KOL gifting.
- Maintain Public Relations Press Event overview, documenting editor events and media outcomes.
- Managing Editor and Founder’s Contact Gifting Record, ensuring accurate tracking of relationships and touchpoints.
- Support media deck building, press pitching, and editorial requests as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Experience with customer-facing responsibilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
