Job Description
1、Own end-to-end user communication channels: EDM, Push Notifications, and more in the US market.
2、Test and optimize comms and content strategy to boost user lifetime value.
3、Build and manage automation, dynamic content, and personalized user journeys.
4、Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, content, product, and design teams.
5、Ensure full compliance with CAN-SPAM, CCPA, and other US data regulations.
Job Requirements
1、2+ years of hands-on experience in user operations and/or email marketing.
2、Experience in AI Software, SaaS, e-commerce, and DTC industries.
3、Familiar with email marketing, push notifications, and SMS.
4、Skilled in automation, segmentation, and CRM/email integrations.
5、Excellent project management and communication skills.
6、Data-driven and analytical mindset.
