Key Responsibilities
Corporate Planning and Strategy
Develop and oversee the implementation of IME's corporate plans, such as strategy, workplans and OKRs.
Organize and facilitate internal and external review meetings and corporate meetings
Facilitate IME's efforts to secure international partnerships
Staff Development and Welfare
Develop and implement staff development initiatives, such as the career development and advancement framework, leadership development and succession planning.
Administer the training needs of IME's staff.
Drive initiatives that promote staff welfare and staff engagement.
Talent Development & Outreach
Work with our partners, such as SSIA, SEMI, EDB, Enterprise Singapore and IHLs, to develop and implement initiatives to inspire our youths to join the semiconductor industry.
Partner A*STAR's Graduate Academy to attract and engage scholars and students to pursue an R&D career in semiconductors.
Partner Singapore Workforce Institute of Future Transformation (SWIFT), IHLs, SkillsFuture Singapore and the industry to augment the IHLs' semiconductor curriculum as well as to offer professional courses and seminars for reskilling and upskilling.
Marketing & Communications
Develop and implement IME's corporate communications strategy, including managing social media channels and website, organizing events, writing speeches and press releases, and producing marketing collaterals.
Ensure there is consistent and effective branding of IME.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
At least 15 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, strategy, human capital policy and development, or marketing and communications, preferably in a public sector or technology-focused environment.
At least a degree.
Experience leading teams.
Competencies
Able to analyze stakeholders' needs, translate them into effective strategies and initiatives, and convey the plans well to the stakeholders.
Able to lead by having a clear vision of the future for each responsibility, organizing the team well and inspiring others to achieve it.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and strong interpersonal skills
