Operate chip-level and wafer-level setup for photonic device measurements
Develop advanced testing capabilities for both chips and wafers
Perform data analysis
Laboratory management including facilities, health and safety, equipment calibration, inventory and stocktake, procurement activities
Collaborate with project team to ensure quality and on-time delivery for various projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Physics, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Opto-electronics or equivalent
More than 3 years hands-on experience in photonics/optoelectronic device testing
Experience with free-space optics, opto-mechanics, fiber-based components, and common measurement instruments
Experience with electronic-photonic integrated circuits testing is a plus
Experienced on experimental data acquisition and analysis
Strong skills in problem-solving, communication and providing technical presentations
Skillsets in programming or instrument automation is a plus
Values teamwork, willing to learn and impart knowledge unto others
Ability to work on multiple projects and adapt depending on project priorities
