Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Strategy:
- Develop project execution plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead project teams, including project managers, design engineers, quantity surveyors and site supervisors.
- Assign responsibilities and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety.
- Involve in company level operational and management processes.
Budget & Financial Management:
- Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Assist country/Regional lead in the performance of business performances.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client and consultant team for assigned projects.
- Address and resolve project-related conflicts and issues.
Key Requirements:
- Registered Singapore Professional Engineer
- At least 15 years of experience in design delivery management, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Completed at least 2 projects as a S.O. Rep using PSSCOC, experienced in contract administration, management of claims, extension of time, progress reporting, requirements for site management and project execution plans.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering multi-disciplinary consultancy services for large-scale infrastructure construction projects.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong contract administration expertise.
- Problem-solving and risk management abilities.
