Job Overview:
Join our team to revolutionize construction with advanced BIM technologies. As a DfMA BIM Modeller – Prefab MEP , you'll develop and optimize BIM models for prefabricated MEP systems, ensuring smooth collaboration between design, engineering, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
BIM Model Development, Coordination & Data Management
- Create and maintain accurate 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, and other tools.
- Integrate prefabrication needs, perform clash detection, and resolve conflicts early.
- Update BIM models based on design changes and site feedback.
- Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and shop drawings for MEP prefabrication. Standardize BIM libraries and processes for efficient project delivery.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support for resolving BIM-related issues. Work with teams to optimize models for fabrication and ensure smooth workflows.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Reporting
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Generate progress reports and provide updates on model status and coordination.
Qualifications & Experience
✔ NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields.
✔ BIM software proficiency (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
✔ Knowledge of MEP systems is preferred.
✔Familiarity with structural and architectural coordination is a plus.
✔ BCSS certification is preferred.
✔ Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Skills & Tools
✅Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
✅ Strong understanding of prefabrication and modular MEP systems.
✅ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
✅ Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
