Job Summary
In this role, you will be a key player in both our digital transformation and employee development initiatives. You will work closely with our experienced team to design and implement digital solutions that streamline training operations, create data visualizations to track learning effectiveness, and assist with the day-to-day administration of our training programs. This position requires a collaborative individual who is a quick learner and ready to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping our organization become more efficient and data-driven in its approach to learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Development: Assist in the development of business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and create automated workflows with Power Automate to streamline training administration, from enrollment to post-course evaluation.
- Data Analysis: Support the creation of dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor course enrollment, track the effectiveness of training programs, and provide clear insights from learning data.
- Data Management: Utilize Python and SQL for data handling, analysis, and custom script development to manage and maintain the training database and records.
- Training Administration: Oversee the training program, including course enrollment management, post-evaluation exercises, and the administration of funding from various ministries.
- Curriculum Development: Assist in ongoing research and curriculum development, reviewing training materials and executing programs to develop new skills.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work with internal teams to identify training gaps, source suitable resources, and translate business requirements into functional digital solutions.
- General Support: Contribute to the testing and documentation of new and existing digital tools, and liaise with external vendors and governing bodies as needed.
Requirements
- DIploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Any relatable certification in the areas of technology or training is a plus.
- Entry level are welcome to apply. Training is provided.
- A strong passion for technology and an interest in organizational learning and development.
- Foundational knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Basic understanding of SQL for database querying and management.
- Exposure to Python for scripting or data analysis is a plus.
- Experience in training administration or related coordination tasks is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
