About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive the growth of our healthcare services across multiple business units. This role requires a versatile marketer who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution , providing both a high-level overview of campaigns and the ability to drill down into performance details.
The ideal candidate is analytical, results-driven, and experienced in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Outbrain , with a strong grasp of healthcare marketing sensitivities in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Outbrain.
- Develop tailored strategies for multiple healthcare business units, each with unique audiences and services.
- Ensure all campaigns align with healthcare industry regulations and ethical marketing standards in Singapore.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing both high-level summaries for management and detailed insights for optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies that improve ROI, lead quality, and patient engagement.
- Manage conversion tracking, attribution models, and audience segmentation.
Content & Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and business unit leads to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
- A/B test visuals, copy, and targeting to continuously improve performance.
Cross-Unit Support
- Manage digital marketing activities across different healthcare verticals, adapting strategies to diverse service lines.
- Balance priorities between units while ensuring overall brand consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or professional services .
- Proven track record in managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, TikTok Ads, and native advertising platforms (e.g., Outbrain) .
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills; able to juggle multiple campaigns across business units.
- Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends, healthcare marketing compliance, and patient-centric communication .
- Strong communication and presentation skills—capable of providing both executive summaries and deep-dive analyses.
