Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven leader to define and execute the business strategy for our Accommodation Supply vertical. This role will be responsible for overseeing performance and profitability across multiple regional initiatives, and for driving scalable growth through cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the Accommodation Supply business, aligned with company goals.
Oversee regional performance, ensuring profitability and delivery of key business objectives across multiple initiatives.
Lead growth and revenue-driving initiatives, including but not limited to: promotion optimization, commercial program design, marketing strategy enhancements, product development, and sales team structure optimization.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Pricing, Marketing, and Market Management—to identify key performance levers and implement data-driven solutions.
Partner with Country Market Managers to monitor performance against financial targets, identify opportunities for market growth, and execute or influence initiatives that unlock value.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant quantitative fields from a reputable institution (minimum GPA of 3.5/4.0 preferred). A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience, preferably in the travel industry, technology sector, or top-tier consulting firms.
Strong commercial acumen with a solid grasp of P&L management and growth levers across revenue and profitability.
Highly analytical with the ability to extract insights from diverse data sources and translate them into actionable strategies.
