- Determine the management plans, policies and business objectives related to the management of the Company and responsible for the implementation and achievement of results.
- Establish company goals and objectives, both short-term and long-term.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for gaming operations and projects.
- Oversee the development, launch, and ongoing management of gaming products.
- Manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitoring and assuring data integrity and performance return accuracy for clients and partners.
- Establish and improve the Company's organizational and work system.
- Coordinate the sales, market development, research and development as well as product operations in the Company.
- Coordinate the relevant internal/external work relationships, maintain and enhance the Company's brand image and reputation.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Ensure that the company continues to make profits and grow investors’ wealth.
Requirements:
- At least 10 to 15 years’ experience in Management roles.
- Have good knowledge on logs, sawn timber, plywood and related materials as well as import/export processes.
- High level of business awareness and acumen.
- Understanding the intricacies of financial management and management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong crisis management and conflict mediation skills.
- Bilingual with proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients.
