Document Controller (Semiconductor Industry – Tool Hook-Up Projects)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Controller to support projects in the semiconductor industry , specifically for tool hook-up works .
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing all project documentation, ensuring accurate filing, traceability, and compliance with project and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the flow of project documentation (e.g., drawings, RFIs, method statements, checklists, QA/QC records, redlines/as-builts).
- Maintain a document tracking system (on-the-job training will be provided) to ensure timely review and approvals by stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients for document collection and distribution.
- Prepare turnover packages and final documentation for project handover.
- Ensure consistent document control practices and maintain full traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in document control within the semiconductor or construction industry, preferably in tool installation or hook-up projects .
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); training will be provided for document control software.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment .
