We are seeking an experienced drafter to join our dynamic team in the building and construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and plans to support the successful execution of construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings using computer software like AutoCAD and sketchup.
- Understand and interpret instructions from architects and engineers.
- Ensure drawings meet Singapore's building regulations and standards.
- Review drawings carefully to correct errors.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and changes.
- To assist in document controll for projects, inclusive of filing, document preparation etc.
- Communicate effectively with builders and suppliers.
- Provide technical support to project teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of drafting experience in Singapore's building and construction industry.
- Proficient in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD or Sketchup
- Familiarity with Singapore's building regulations and standards.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
- Strong team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Diploma or degree in architecture or engineering is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
