1.Manage the costs relating to building civil project
2.Perform and check all surveying works on construction site
Surveying , establishing demarcations guide for construction to proceed
3.Verifies accuracy of survey data, measurement and calculation
Ensure correctness of build up according to construction plans and drawings
4.Prepare pre and post construction drawing ( input of coordination point into as-built drawing)
Perform post-survey data processing, drafting and prepare survey report
5.Producing/ drafting or advising about construction plans and drawings
6.Analyzing and checking correctness of built up
7.Assist, align and compliment structural & civil engineering works
8.Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance
9.Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
10.Collaborate with architects ,engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate site planning. Research historical and records and legal documents to verify data accuracy.
11.Other ad-hoc duties as assign by immediate superior, eg fetching workers, training surveyor assistant.
