Position: Electrical BIM Modeller / BIM Engineer
Location: Lentor (TE5 – Brown Line, approx. 20 mins walk)* Cross-border applicants welcome

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: S$3,200 – S$4,500
- Total Monthly Salary: S$3,300 – S$5,000 (includes S$100 transport allowance)
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Rest Days: 6 days off per month
- Leave Entitlement: 14 days Annual Leave, 14 days Medical Leave
- Bonus: 13th Month Bonus
- Others: Training sponsorship available (bonded contract)
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed installation drawings, layouts, and submission checklists
- Design and revise circuits, cable routing, and lighting fixtures using BIM
- Create and maintain Revit families for lighting switches and distribution boards
- Develop layout details for shafts, electrical rooms, LAN and MEP rooms
- Attend client meetings for on-site coordination
- Generate clash detection reports and work with engineers or clients to resolve issues
- Ensure designs are clash-free and allow adequate space for maintenance
- Provide visual walkthroughs for congested or key areas when needed
- Coordinate CSD (Combined Services Drawings) and Roombook data
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) when necessary
- Perform other duties as assigned by main contractors, consultants, or clients
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
- Able to read, interpret, and visualize electrical system and equipment drawings
- Skilled in circuit creation/modification and cable routing based on specs and site layout
- Able to extract accurate 2D and 3D views from BIM models
- Able to configure electrical model files independently
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (for coordination purposes)
