Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: S$2,500 – S$4,000
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Rest Days: 4 days off per month
- Leave Entitlement: 14 days Annual Leave, 14 days Medical Leave
- Allowances & Bonus:
- S$100 transport allowance
- 13th-month bonus
- Annual increment depending on performance
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and allocate work to on-site electrical workers
- Ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications and schedules
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Prepare daily work schedules and manage tools and equipment readiness
- Inspect ongoing work and completed installations to ensure quality standards
- Monitor material and tool usage, manage stock and shortages
- Enforce on-site safety procedures to reduce risks and accidents
- Provide on-the-job guidance, training, and mentorship to team members
- Resolve technical issues and interpersonal conflicts on site
- Maintain site cleanliness and ensure proper storage of materials
- Keep accurate site records and submit necessary reports
Requirements
- GCE O-Level / SPM or equivalent (Minimum: high school level)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in electrical supervision
- Familiar with safety regulations, site coordination, and quality control
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a small team
- Cross-border candidates (Malaysia ↔ Singapore) welcome
