2. Multi-Department Leadership

Lead and oversee all functions : engineering, product, sales, marketing, operations, HR, and finance.
Recruit and manage department heads (including tech leads, sales directors, marketing managers, etc.).

Balance resource allocation between technical and commercial needs.

Set the technology vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals.

Manage technical risk and reduce technical debt while supporting rapid delivery.

Drive delivery of high-impact products and features with market timing in mind .
Prioritize engineering work based on business ROI and strategic value.

Oversee Agile/Scrum/Kanban processes across teams.
Coordinate with product management to align technical execution with customer needs.

Own full business budget , including engineering, marketing, operations, and overhead costs.
Optimize infrastructure, tooling, and operational expenses.
Forecast financial performance and adjust plans based on market changes.
Approve major capital expenditures for technology or expansion.
Implement KPIs to track business health and operational efficiency.

Present quarterly and annual business results to board members or shareholders .
Communicate strategic initiatives, progress, and challenges to executive leadership.
Negotiate with major clients, partners, and vendors.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media.
Maintain relationships with investors, securing funding if required.

Oversee enterprise-wide risk management , covering market, operational, technical, and reputational risks.
