We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team at DCS Interior Design Pte Ltd . As part of our growing interior design and renovation business, you will lead engineering operations, ensure project quality, and drive technical excellence across our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage engineering operations for renovation and interior design projects.
- Lead and guide a team of engineers and technical staff to achieve project goals.
- Review and approve technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to deliver successful outcomes.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Provide technical solutions and resolve on-site engineering issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering management, preferably in construction, renovation, or interior design.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in project management and engineering software/tools.
- Knowledge of Singapore building regulations and safety standards will be an advantage.
