What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide expert-level support for Oracle EBS modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR), Inventory, Order Management, and Purchasing
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues using proven methodologies
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow Project Management functions to enhance business processes
- Perform hands-on system configuration and application fixes at desktop level
- Document comprehensive problem-solving processes from identification to resolution
- Prioritize and manage enhancement requests and defect resolutions
- Execute testing and validation procedures during system maintenance windows
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including management, development teams, and end-users
Strategic Contribution
- Identify opportunities to improve application performance across the organization
- Stay current with software applications and technologies relevant to business needs
- Lead post-resolution follow-ups to ensure sustainable solutions
- Support preventive maintenance activities including patches and upgrades
What We're Looking For:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or 4+ years equivalent technical experience
- Proven expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules (Financials, Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Project Management functions and features
- Strong troubleshooting skills with systematic problem-resolution methodologies
Communication
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively support our diverse user base and collaborate with regional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
- Ability to translate technical concepts for business users
