Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to ERP users and superusers
- Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot ERP systems to support business needs
- Assist in ERP-related projects from planning to post-implementation support
- Support process improvements in refurbishment, warehousing, lot management, and customer-owned inventory
- Prepare reports and perform data analysis to aid business decision-making Manage post-project support, including MRP, cycle counts, and future system-related projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (Business Information Systems, Computer Science) or business field (Accounting, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management), or equivalent qualification Strong technical skills in project management, system implementation, and data analysis
