Job Summary
ESGpedia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a strategic and results-driven ESG Regional Sales Director , based in Singapore with regional coverage , to lead and grow our business across key markets in Asia and beyond. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving revenue growth, building high-impact client relationships, and positioning ESGpedia as a leading and one stop platform for anything ESG-related.
As the Regional Sales Director, you will take ownership of regional go-to-market strategies, lead a high-performing sales team, and identify new business opportunities across enterprise and financial sectors. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success to deliver tailored ESG solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and align with global sustainability standards.
This role is ideal for a dynamic sales leader with deep knowledge of ESG, sustainability, and enterprise ESG software sales , who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving ESG adoption across the region.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth across Asia
- Identify and close new business with enterprise clients and partners
- Build and manage high-impact client relationships
- Lead and coach a results-driven sales team
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client-focused ESG solutions
- Represent ESGpedia at events and industry engagements
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly
- Manage full sales cycle from lead to deal closure
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and CRM records
- Align with internal stakeholders to meet shared goals
Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record in regional B2B sales, with 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology, SaaS, or ESG/sustainability solutions
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, reporting standards , and regulatory landscapes
- Demonstrated ability to build and close complex, high-value deals with channel partners and financial institutions
- Exceptional leadership skills , with experience managing and motivating high-performing sales teams
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills , with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and influence decision-makers
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment , with strong adaptability and execution focus
- Based in Singapore , with a strong understanding of regional markets and the ability to travel as required
- Experienced in using CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms
- Passionate about sustainability, innovation, and the role of technology in accelerating ESG adoption
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in ESG, sustainability, SaaS, or enterprise tech
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing regional sales strategies and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Strong knowledge of ESG standards and frameworks and their relevance to businesses and financial institutions
- Proven ability to engage C-level stakeholders and manage complex, consultative sales cycles
- Experience leading and scaling sales teams, with strong coaching and team management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and influence effectively at all levels
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics/reporting platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
- Based in Singapore, travel-ready whenever needed.
