Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting relevant data related to bunker barge loading activities.
- Support the compilation of comprehensive data on barge distribution patterns.
- Analyze bunker loading and delivery data and present findings through Excel-based dashboards or Power BI.
- Conduct gap analysis on existing SOPs or company decrees.
- Draft new SOPs (decrees) related to bunker quality delivery.
- Assist in drafting SOPs for tanker vessel chartering (both FON and Time Charter).
- Help prepare ISM Code audit documents.
- Contribute to business R&D activities related to shipping operations under PiMD.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy, including development and execution of reports or dashboards.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge or interest in shipping and maritime business is a plus as day to day activity is related to shipping and maritime business.
