Responsibilities :
- Develop design proposals for Architecture and Urban Design
- Ensure design complies with all statutory requirements
- Manage design development of the project
. Coordinate with Engineers and project teams
. Familiar with Singapore authority submission
- Assist in the administration of business development by preparing pitching decks and researching tenders
- Assist Team Lead with project management administration
Requirements :
- Globally recognised B.A./M.A. from a top-tier University in Architecture
. 3-5 years of relevant experiences
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D modelling and rendering programmes
- Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning for architectural application will be a plus
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and with a research attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able/Willing to Travel
