Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, answer phones, and handle correspondence for the director.
- Project Coordination: Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Communication & Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact, communicating with internal and external parties on behalf of the director.
- Document Management: Draft and prepare documents, reports, and presentations; review and ensure the quality of documents produced.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily office tasks, manage office supplies, and support the overall functioning of the director's department or projects.
- Strategic Support: Help with strategic planning and implementation of processes and goals, aligning with the director's overall vision.
