[What the role is]
This is a 2-year contract position as an Executive in the CET Academy.[What you will be working on]
As an Executive, you will support individuals and companies sponsoring their employees on their lifelong learning, upgrading and upskilling journey with Ngee Ann Polytechnic’s CET Academy.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Coordinate with learners, course leaders, their employers, and relevant stakeholders to support the successful launch and completion of courses.
Assist in promoting courses through various platforms and participation in events.
Handle enquiries and feedback related to courses and funding from learners.
Manage course applications, enrolments, billing processes, and related correspondence.
Prepare and submit funding claims for learners and oversee the administration of financial assistance schemes.
Maintain accurate learner and course records and generate statistical reports in accordance with Records Management procedures.
Undertake ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
[What we are looking for]
At least 3 years of working experience, preferably in one of these areas: educational programme management, Accounting and IT, customer service
Proficient in MS Office applications with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
Good communications skills and ability to connect to people
Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability
High adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment
Fresh graduates with the relevant skillsets and good service orientation are also welcomed to apply.
